​​The Leadership Immersion consists of in-person or virtual training sessions across 7 key focus areas for leaders who have completed EVC's Leadership Academy and are interested in further developing their skill sets.​

THE IMMERSION EXPERIENCE​​

 Leader Eligibility Criteria 

The EVC Training Institute is designed for leaders who are working at organizations and serving households of color. Leaders must meet the following criteria to be eligible:

  • Have attended EVC’s Leadership Academy

  • Agree to share reflections/takeaways from the sessions upon completion (guidance will be provided).
