​​The Leadership Immersion consists of in-person or virtual training sessions across 7 key focus areas for leaders who have completed EVC's Leadership Academy and are interested in further developing their skill sets.​

THE IMMERSION EXPERIENCE​​

 Leader Eligibility Criteria 

The EVC Training Institute is designed for leaders of color who are working at organizations of color and serving households of color. Leaders must meet the following criteria to be eligible:

  • Have attended EVC’s Leadership Academy

  • Agree to share reflections/takeaways from the sessions upon completion (guidance will be provided).
