The Leadership Immersion consists of in-person or virtual training sessions across 7 key focus areas for leaders who have completed EVC's Leadership Academy and are interested in further developing their skill sets.

Leader Eligibility Criteria
The EVC Training Institute is designed for leaders who are working at organizations and serving households of color. Leaders must meet the following criteria to be eligible:

Agree to share reflections/takeaways from the sessions upon completion (guidance will be provided).
