COURAGEOUS & TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP   BUILDING COLLECTIVE POWER   PAY IT FORWARD

EVC Fellows are on a journey toward  transformation  and  empowerment

In January 2023, eight Flint, Michigan-based nonprofit organizations, directed by leaders of color, were invited for a new 18-month fellowship cohort designed to strengthen their individual, organizational, and collective resiliency. The inaugural Enterprising Ventures of Color (EVC) Fellowship Cohort will focus on strengthening the long-term capacity and infrastructure of participating nonprofit organizations. EVC also works to encourage trust-based philanthropy practices for funders.
